Wedding Event Agreement

AGREEMENT FOR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

1. This constitutes an order for wedding proofs, photographs and/or albums.  It is understood that all negatives remain the property of, and may be used for, advertising, display or any purpose thought proper by Tammy Brockett.  All photographs are copyright of Creative Approach/Tammy Brockett and cannot be copied.
2. Although care will be taken with the negatives and photographs taken at the wedding, the photographer limits any liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver pictures for any reason to return of deposits made, and not to exceed half the total cost of the wedding package/price. 
3. Upon signature, photographer reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date.  For this reason, the initial deposit is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or wedding cancelled.  If a cancellation is made, Tammy Brockett must be informed 6 months before the wedding date so that the date can be rebooked.  If cancelled 5 months or less before the wedding date, an additional $400.00 will be charged to cover the lost booking.
4. Package/Price is to be determined 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.  The remaining balance is due at this time.  The package/price agreed upon for your event is as follows:

          Chosen Package OR Hourly Rate and Materials charge:

          *Additional time may be added at the hourly rate and to be paid upon collection of proofs.

       5.  A deposit of $300.00 is due at signing of this contract.  There is a $30.00 fee on all returned checks. 

          Album and photograph payment is also expected at time of delivery.

       6.  The photographer is to be included in the meal or is permitted to leave the reception for 1 hour and is not

          responsible for any missed photo opportunity within that hour.
